I did receive my Lumi but due to weather I’ve not put it up yet. I didn’t receive the beginners water therapy booklet !!
I'm loving my new lumi pod max. It was easy to put up and offers me the perfect way to watch the morning sun, or the stars at night. I really value my time in my pod and love the physical and psychological effects it offers. Can't wait to see, and feel, the long term benefits of cold water dipping.
After reading these reviews I feel like a plonker. I thought the scum sponge was for my skin 🤣 didn’t think it was doing anything good for me 🤣
